about

a bit more about me

We moved as a family of four in 2016. Two adults, two kids under ten, and a cat who was emphatically not consulted. The PR application took longer than we expected, the school enrolment process was its own little adventure, and finding a neighborhood that worked for all of us took a year of trial and error.

Nine years in, Melbourne is properly home. I mentor families and couples mostly — anyone who's juggling more than just their own paperwork. Expect a lot of practical detail on schools, healthcare for kids, and how to keep your relationship intact during a move that tests it harder than you'd think.

what mentees say

honest words from people who booked or worked with Niloofar

Leila W.

IranAustralia · may 2026

Niloofar helped us pick a suburb based on schools and commute. Six months in and we'd make the same choice again.

Daniel & Mahsa

IranAustralia · march 2026

She normalised every fear we had about moving with two small kids. Honest, warm, very practical.

Great session. Would love a follow-up specifically on partner work rights.

I left Tehran for Toronto in 2019 — totally on my own, totally overwhelmed. I figured out Express Entry the hard way, and now I love walking other people through the same maze so they don't lose months guessing like I did.

Tehran kid who landed in London eight years ago on a Skilled Worker visa. I'll be honest about the weird tax stuff, the awkward interviews, and the little things nobody warned me about — because nobody warned me either.
